About DGE Pet

From Engineering Vision to Pet Healing Technology

DGE Pet was founded in Shenzhen as a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, and global sales. Founder Li Fengfu spent years in electronics and smart manufacturing. In a conversation with a doctor friend, he heard these words: "Human medical technology keeps advancing, but pet treatment still largely relies on experience and medication."

Those words stayed with him. In 2020, together with research partners from the United States and the Middle East, he established DGE Pet. The team brought together experts with years of experience in plasma medicine — the core technology originates from an FDA De Novo-cleared cold plasma medical system validated through multiple clinical trials.

After countless tests and refinements, DGE Pet successfully launched two flagship products — the Cold Ion Combo Therapy System and the DBD Plasma Warm-Care Device, now exported to over 40 countries including the US, EU, Japan, Korea, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, India, and Indonesia.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What you may want to know about DBD cold plasma pet medical devices

Is DBD cold plasma technology safe for pets?

Yes. DBD (Dielectric Barrier Discharge) low-temperature helium/argon plasma technology has received FDA De Novo clearance for human use. DGE Pet has adapted this into dedicated pet devices. The treatment only produces low-temperature plasma — no thermal damage, no wounds — and has passed multiple safety tests.

What pet conditions can the Cold Ion Therapy System treat?

It is suitable for pet wound healing, skin inflammation, post-surgery recovery, chronic ulcers, eczema, fungal infections, and more. The reactive species generated by cold plasma achieve sterilization, anti-inflammation, and tissue repair.

What is the difference between the Handheld Device and the Cold Ion Therapy System?

The Cold Ion Therapy System is a professional-grade device for clinical veterinary use, with a main unit that supports multiple treatment probes for deep sterilization and repair. The Handheld Warm-Care Device is lightweight and portable, designed for daily care and home use — easy to operate with three adjustable intensity levels and a 10-minute auto shut-off.

How long does each treatment session take?

Depending on the treatment area and condition, helium/argon cold ion probe treatment typically takes 1–2 minutes, DBD treatment usually takes 5–15 minutes, and the handheld device session takes 5–10 minutes.

How can I purchase DGE Pet products?
